Use them as a natural way to help open up your sinuses and relieve some of your sinus pressure when feeling a little stuffy.

Directions:  Use our shower steamers to add aromatherapy to your shower time. Simply sprinkle a little water on top to get the fizz started, place out of the direct water stream (like your soap dish) then breathe deeply! Sprinkle more water as needed.  

Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Menthol Crystals, Essential Oil & Fragrance Oil Blend.
